Yesterday, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina,” a lecture titled “Students’ Mental Health During the Exam Period” was held with psychologist Ms.Lule Alidema and Lifeline member Mr.Ylber Sahitaj.
The lecture was opened by Deputy Coordinator of KEFJ Dijellëza Selmani, who introduced the panelists to around 40 students, while Coordinator Leotrim Pajaziti presented the project and the work of the Ethics Club. In her remarks, Vice Dean for student projects Ms.Luljeta Plakolli-Kasumi emphasized the Dean’s Office support for such initiatives and the need for greater focus on student mental health.
Ms.Lule Alidema and Mr.Ylber Sahitaj discussed the impact of exams on mental health, types of mental health, exam stress, ways to reduce stress, time management, and handling exam periods.
After the lecture, a discussion was held with participants, including many questions and comments, as well as shared personal experiences.
