The second lecture “Students’ Mental Health During the Exam Period” was held at the Faculty of Law of the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina” with psychologist Ms.Xhevahire Balaj and the Director of Lifeline Mr.Bind Skeja.
The lecture was opened by KEFJ Coordinator Leotrim Pajaziti, who introduced the panelists to around 30 participating students and presented the project activities and the work of the Ethics Club.
During the lecture, Ms.Xhevahire Balaj and Mr.Bind Skeja presented strategies for maintaining mental health and preventing issues during exam periods, as well as practical advice on managing stress and anxiety through physical activities, meditation, and other methods students can apply.
An open discussion was also held, allowing students to share their experiences, ask questions, and engage with the panelists.
