Workshop in Rugova.

20 students from the University of Prishtina improved their soft skills.

April 6–7, Rugova – Over the weekend, the Ethics Club, through the project “Program for Integrity and Promotion of Academic Ethics at the University,” organized a workshop focused on developing students’ soft skills.

On the first day, participants had the opportunity to learn about preparing CVs and motivation letters, as important documents for employment and internships. In the second part of the day, a hypothetical case related to academic integrity and ethics was developed, where students were divided into groups representing the Ethics Council, the professor, and expelled students.

On the second day, project writing and idea development were part of the workshop, where students were introduced to project writing techniques, budgeting, and other key elements.
