Student Wellbeing and Voice: Managing Academic Stress through Activism and Participation
#EthicsClub#MentalHealth#AcademicStress

This project addressed academic stress as one of the most widespread challenges in student life, treating it as a phenomenon connected not only to individual experience but also to the functioning of the university community. Over an 8-week period, the project was implemented through progressive activities that included awareness-raising, reflection, and the development of concrete ideas by students themselves, combining formal and non-formal educational methods, including the Human Library methodology to foster empathy and understanding. Through this process, students were empowered as active participants, developed practical stress management skills, and contributed to creating a more open, collaborative, and supportive culture within the university community.
